What do you mean by science-backed, evidence-based?
We use only the best available science and research to make recommendations, provide resources and inform care. We rely on research that is backed by the highest quality studies and medical societies (e.g., The American College of Cardiologists).
Do you accept insurance?
Inzencity does not accept insurance.
Do you have physical locations?
We do not currently have any physical locations. All services are provided securely and virtually.

What’s not included in the Individual Well-being Membership?
Some things are not included in your membership that may require out-of-pocket expenses, including:
Lab tests: Many tests can be fully or partially covered by your insurance, but some tests might require a copay or might not be covered at all.
Medications: Supplements, prescriptions and over-the-counter medications are not included.
Additional health care services: Such as vaccinations, urgent care, and imaging, etc, are not included.
How much does it cost?
The cost of the Individual Well-being Membership is 12 monthly payments of $275/month. The first payment is due before any services are rendered.
How does billing work?
A monthly fee of $275. The first payment is processed upon signing up, with 11 more payments recurring each month after that.
How do lab tests work?
Prior to meeting with your physician, they will order the Inzencity blood panel which will enable your physician to get a snapshot into your health. Your Well-being Concierge will help coordinate the blood draw, which can be done at home or at any LabCorp location.
How do prescriptions work?
If a prescription is needed, your Inzencity physician will call it into your local pharmacy.
Can I share existing lab tests with Inzencity?
Inzencity requests that you submit any lab tests from the last 3 months. We don’t need lab tests that are older than that. Please work with your Well-being Concierge to submit existing lab tests.
What if I want to cancel my purchase?
You have up until your first visit to cancel your purchase. After that, you will be unable to receive a full refund.
Do you have to live in the United States to participate in the Individual Well-being Membership?
We are currently able to serve people in the following states: CA, NY, NJ, CT, FL and TX.
How long do I have to complete all the services offered with the Individual Well-being Membership?
You have one year from the date of purchase to redeem services. Once you join, you have the ability to begin at any time within that year, but you must also complete your services within that year.
What if I already practice Transcendental Meditation? Do I still have to pay full price?
Yes. If you already practice Transcendental Meditation, we would focus on teaching you other forms of meditation and ensure you still receive the full value of your membership.
How does virtual care work?
Upon purchase of the course, we will create an account for you in our portal, Healthie. From there you will be able to complete your forms and communicate with your Wellness Team. When you have visits with members of your Wellness Team, they will be through the video feature within the Healthie portal.
How can I contact my Wellness Team?
You can contact your Wellness Team from within Healthie.
How long does it typically take to get a response from the Wellness Team?
You will receive an answer within 1 business day. If is a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your local hospital.
How do I schedule virtual visits with my Wellness Team?
Your Well-Being Concierge will take care of scheduling your appointments through Healthie. You can manage your appointments within Healthie.

What are the credentials of the Wellness Team?
Medical treatment is provided by Board Certified Doctors who are licensed in the specific states where care is being delivered.
Dr. Bojana Jankovic Weatherly, who administers the Introduction to Functional Medicine portion of The Program is double board-certified in internal and integrative medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. She is also certified in functional medicine and trained in mindfulness.
The Wellness Team also includes trained, certified or licensed Mental Health Coaches, Health Coaches, Meditation Teachers, Fitness Instructors, and Yoga Teachers.
Inzencity is not intended to replace your Primary Care Doctor, but can enhance and compliment their work. Our Wellness Team spends dedicated time with you and addresses other areas of wellness not typically addressed by Primary Care Physicians.
Do you provide urgent care?
We do not provide urgent care and cannot respond to emergency situations. If you need emergency care, please call 911 or go to an urgent care facility or hospital. Our Wellness Team typically responds to non-urgent questions in 24 hours.
