Jessica Harris

Founder

Jessica Harris is well-known among high-profile Transcendental Meditation Practitioners and Integrative Wellness Practitioners. She has been a leader in integrative wellness for over 15 years. She founded inZENcity to guide individuals and companies alike on their paths to creating a more holistic, fulfilling and satisfying existence. By designing personalized and customized wellness plans, Jessica and her team act as your facilitators connecting you or your employees to a network of trusted providers in the fields of functional medicine, nutrition, psychotherapy, physical fitness, coaching, and other wellness practices.

Prior to inZENcity, Jessica worked with the world's most sought after Transcendental Meditation (TM) teacher, Bob Roth, and Oscar nominated filmmaker, David Lynch, to bring Transcendental Meditation to a million at-risk youth, veterans and women suffering from domestic violence. She raised millions of dollars from philanthropists and celebrities like Katy Perry, Sting, Gisele Buncheon, Stella McCartney, Ringo Starr, Jerry Seinfeld, to raise awareness around the effects of TM in populations under toxic stress and trauma and promoting the benefits of TM on populations worldwide.

Jessica received her Integrative Wellness Certification through Donna Karan’s Urban Zen Foundation. There she studied with top doctors, nutritionists, yoga instructors, reiki masters and Buddhist zen monks to learn how to help individuals integrate these practices into their life. At age 15, she started a wellness volunteer program at the local hospital and by age 18, she was volunteering in patient clinics learning the ins and outs on how people viewed their wellness. She began her career at one of the first ever integrative wellness clinics in Chicago and it was there she learned the deep impacts of a self-care practice. She’s now committed to help as many people as possible, connect with their true selves and live a life of joy, fulfillment and satisfaction; recognizing that this way is their birthright.

Jessica lives in Brooklyn with her husband Seth and their children Benjamin and Sophie.
